This is our first and only project well to date. Schnitzer #2 was an orphaned super-emitter with no budget, no plan, and superpollutants venting unchecked. Today it is sealed, monitored, and preparing to deliver the first batch of CH4mber credits.

We canvassed thousands of records and field sites across Oklahoma. Schnitzer #2 stood out: an orphaned well in Alfalfa County venting an aggressive superpollutant plume with no operator, no insurance, and no scheduled remediation.
Building the data package buyers can trust
Our licensed team took repeat onsite measurements, averaging ~52 liters per minute of methane. Independent validation and verification body (VVB) staff oversaw the protocols and confirmed the emissions picture that feeds directly into our crediting process.
Certified plugging and stewardship secured
We mobilized insured crews, executed an API-compliant plug job, and assumed long-term ownership obligations. With the well sealed in August 2025, registry issuance is 95% complete and the remaining post-plug validation is in motion.
